How Coaching Works?
I take a goal-oriented and personally tailored approach to coaching. It’s your coaching so we meet as often as works for you, as long as it keeps the momentum going. In the first session, we identify what success looks like for you and both of us know note down your goals so we can always refer back to them.
At the beginning of each session, we will reflect on your wins and what didn’t go to well and feed that back into the coaching process and I will always ask you what you would like to work on or get from each session. In the last 10 minutes of sessions, I will ensure that you have identified what actions you would like to do between sessions. I recommend you decide where you will keep your coaching notes – either in a notebook or online folder upfront.
Sessions and Scheduling
We’ll work together for as long as you’d like my support, and the number of sessions depends on your goals:
Career Change Coaching:
typically 3 - 4 sessions to gain clarity and take initial steps,
followed by another 2–3 sessions to work on implementation,
such as updating your CV, defining a job-search process,
or using your network effectively.
Confidence and Burnout Coaching:
longer-term work, usually around 12 or more sessions.
ADHD Coaching:
more in-depth, usually offered as 12 or 18 session packages.
You decide how often you’d like to meet. Bi-weekly sessions often work well if you’re employed full-time, giving enough space to complete actions between sessions. As results build, we may meet less often, or more frequently if you’d like extra momentum.
I coach online via Zoom or Google Meets, but I am based in Walthamstow, East London and can meet clients in person either at Blackhorse Road on Wednesdays or Wood St area on other days.
Zoom sessions can be recorded at your request, and if you give me permission, I can provide you with a Zoom AI summary of your sessions, including action items. Please note I DO NOT check these for accuracy.
Cancellations
If you can’t attend a session, please give as much notice as possible.
Cancellations made with less than 48 business hours’ notice (for example, Thursday 9.30 am for a Monday 9.30 am session) may be charged at full price, as it’s unlikely that your slot can be offered to another client at short notice.
Pricing and Payment Options
Please pay by direct bank transfer 48 business hours in advance of our session (if there is pre-coaching work required, I recommend you pay a week in advance to give yourself time to complete this).
The 12-hour Career Progression / ADHD Lite package can be paid in two instalments, and the 18-hour ADHD Progression package in three. Bundles are valid for 24 months from the 1st session.
