ADHD Career Coaching is:

Understanding Patterns and Creating Solutions

Together, we’ll identify the unique patterns in your daily life that might be holding you back. Through guided exercises, I help you to build on your professional strengths and tackle your work-based challenges with self-compassion and curiosity, unmasking behaviours and creating new ways of being.

2

ADHD Career Coaching is:

A Strengths-Based Approach

Instead of focussing on what's 'missing', we’ll identify and build on your unique strengths, helping you to excel in areas that are meaningful and unique to you. Along the way, we’ll work on managing symptoms and making positive changes, including processing any past challenges from trying to fit into a predominantly neurotypical world.

3

ADHD Career Coaching is:

Accountability That Fits You

ADHD thrives with the right kind of accountability. We’ll develop a supportive approach to goal-setting that aligns with your natural rhythm and allows you to see steady progress. This partnership-based accountability is designed to motivate you in ways that feel encouraging, not restrictive.

TESTIMONIALS

I have been receiving ADHD Career Coaching from Nat for over a year, and I can honestly say it has made
a huge difference in both my personal and professional life. My line manager and direct reports have noticed
the positive changes in my leadership and management style, and I can see the difference in myself too.
I feel like I am becoming the manager I aspire to be, without letting my ADHD and Autism hold me back.

The sessions provide me with the space to think and reflect on my practice; Nat helps me view my challenges through the ADHD lens, showing me how to improve and work on areas where I struggle and giving tips and resources to ensure I don’t forget to implement them for which I am extremely grateful.
This has enabled me to bring the best out of myself and my team, despite my neurodivergence.

I would definitely recommend Nat to anyone looking to explore ADHD Career Coaching.
After seeing the results, my line manager would too!

strengths and challenges

Hi, I am Nat, here's my ADHD Story and

I’m Nat, an ADHD Career Coach. I bring an ADHD lens to Career Coaching, helping you to reconnect with yourself, gain a deeper understanding of your neurodivergence and develop strategies to help your manage your ADHD at work, in business, or make a career change to a more ADHD-friendly career.

I grew up with ADHD as a child, but thought I’d 'grown out of it', as my hyperactivity reduced. In my early 40s, perimenopausal symptoms kicked in and my working memory and decision-making fell off a cliff! It was scary.

Reflecting on my neurodivergent son's traits made me realise I STILL HAD ADHD!! I’d simply learned to internalise and mask the symptoms and the reality was, I had really struggled with basic admin tasks my whole career (but was too ashamed to admit it).

"Knowing" and coming to terms with being an ADHDer gave me answers - I finally understood what was driving me and could start to rewrite my story (bit by bit).

After years on the waiting list, I was finally diagnosed in 2023, which was a big relief - I was finally able to start to bring that self-compassion to daily life that stops paralysing ADHD shame spirals, and learn to manage my energy levels and hyperfocus better.

I learnt to see all the positives that ADHD brings, and wanted to help my clients feel the same way,  which led to me spending a year training as an ADHD coach. I am now a certified Gold Mind Academy™ Specialist - ADHD Coach and 80% of the time I work with neurodivergent clients.

I look forward to speaking with you and helping you to understand and integrate your own ADHD, so that you can lean into your neurodivergent strengths, embrace your uniqueness and create a fulfilling work and life that makes you happy and feel proud to be neurodivergent.
