What is ADHD Career Coaching
Being a Career Coach for over 15 years, I have seen Neurodiverse clients struggle in traditional linear Career Coaching. Identifying goals and task to take away with some accountability often doesn't lead to action for ADHDers! Coaches who don't have an understanding of how ntakeurodiverse brains work can get frustrated with this lack of action and they don't how how to help clients improve their focus and memory, procrastination, organisation and time management.
In ADHD Career Coaching, I use my coaching skills to help you build on your professional strengths and tackle your work-based challenges with self compassion and curiosity, unmasking behaviours and creating new ways of being.
ADHD coaching is different to pure Career Coaching. The coaching part recognises your ability to grow and develop as a human, and challenges assumptions/beliefs which have got in your way. ADHD coaching helps you SEE your ADHD, understand and harness it.
I use a non-judgmental approach to help you support you as you learn strategies to strengthen your executive functions so that you feel more on top of life. Even if you aren't diagnosed, don't let that hold you back - ADHD coaching is for those who have always known that something is different about them.
